update with MAC

Hello, i'm using a macbook pro since 2013 , always had adobe suite but since 1 year, cant download and install any software of the suite...i need to get them back really soon, i have to go out from my office and work from somewhere else.

Already had apple on the phoe,n my computer is updated...i dont know how to get out of this, could you please help asap ? in french it could be great 🙂
