Updater doesn't work in CS3

I've just re-installed and re-activatet CS3 - it works fine, BUT - UPDATER can't find the updates I know are available. It just gives me the following message:

"There are no updates available at this time.

Please note that some updates for the following products

cannot be determined at this time: Adobe Updater"
