Updater startup utility constantly crashes

Every time I reboot my MacPro, or log in/out, I get a notice that updater startup utility has unexpectedly quit.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am running macOS Sierra currently, 10.12.6

I could paste the log here if necessary.

I have same problem and now I am also unable to open Lightroom Classic CC with the message “Lightroom quit unexpectedly”. I am now paying top dollar for a facility that I cannot access and Adobe are not providing an immediate solution. This is having a serious impact on my workflow and may have to cease using Lightroom and opting for an alternative.

I would try to uninstall using the OS. Then reinstall.

If that does not help, uninstall all Adobe, use CC Cleaner, install again.
