For months I keep getting messages that I need to install updates ... I use CS6 ... with my MacAir running 10.9.1 with it's Thunderbolt monitor.

But when I try to do that I get this message":

But after I download a new copy of App Manager ... it wont' install. It does nothing ?

I get this:

The I try to Install Support Advisor ... as advised ... and get this:

I've run through this a number of times over the last few months ?!

Reading about other's issues, most of you are a lot more tech savvy then me!

So ... what do I do ... in layman's terms?

THANKS!

i don't see any of the messages (in your post) that would indicate the problem you are seeing.

Unbelievable! So I turn the error messages into jpegs so I can upload them to illustrate the issues ... because it won't allow me to upload the .png's ... but it won't allow me to upload the jpegs ... so I describe each message in Edit.

THEN when I hit Update I get ... "Unauthoried, You do not have permission to post in this forum." "It appears you're not allowed to view what you requested"

Is this a ploy to force people to use the cloud subscription service?
