Updates CC (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) stoppen nach 44bzw. 48% Download

Bei meinem Desktop-PC (Windows 10, 32 GB RAM) funktionieren das Update von Premiere Pro (stoppt nach 44% des Downloads) und die Neuinstallation von Photoshop (Deinstallation und danach Neuinstallation stoppt nach 48% des Downloads und arbeitet nicht mehr weiter) nicht. Was kann ich tun?

Mittlerweile hat sich das Problem gelöst. Nach zweimaligem Herunterfahren des Rechners und mehrmaligen Versuchen haben sowohl das Update als auch die Neuinstallation geklappt!

Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung! Es war wohl nur ein sehr starker Ansturm auf den Server, der das Phänomen erzeugte!

Detlef, I am sorry you are encountering problems using your Creative Cloud for Education membership.  Please check the log files to determine why the installation is not completing.  Information on how to locate the Fatal Errors in the log files can be found at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.

 

Please update this public forum discussion, if you have any questions regarding the errors that you discover.
