There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later.

Adobe Extension Manager CS5 5.0 Update

Photoshop 12.0.4 update for Photoshop CS5

There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later.

  Photoshop Camera Raw 6.7 Update

I have no idea why these updates wont install and this has been going on for quite some time now. Any help gratefully received

What do you mean ? Do you force customers who bought your product 6 years ago for a very expensive price to switch to Creative cloud? This i not a clear and precise answer to the question...Thank you to detail what you mean because I have the excat same problem with my CS5

Would have been nice if someone ... anyone ... at Adobe Support had been aware of this. Wasted an hour with them and was told that CS5 is kaput with no more updates. When you go to the App Mgr download, it specifies the EXACT same error that I translated to the support rep. Yet, she shrugged me off and told me to buy new software.

It's true. Anything up to CS6 is no longer sold and Adobe Support will direct you to the forums. Their focus is on Creative Cloud, their current product.

CS5 is seven years old and except for activation, they won't give you tech  support.

I think that last one is a separate install, and then the updater would patch it.
