Updates from CC 2018 to 2019

Monday night I noticed Creative Cloud said updates were available. I hit update all and left for the night. Upon coming in the next day almost all of my Adobe apps (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) are now only available as trail licenses and all 2018 versions are gone. ????? Why would Adobe release updates but not indicate this is essentially a new product??!! Can I somehow revert back to my previous versions? Or do I have to spend several hours reinstalling and licensing my fully functional Adobe CC 2018 products?

Hi Jeff,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums, however, there is no active subscription under this ID.

Could you please share the Adobe ID that is associated with Adobe in a private message?

Also, please try steps shared in the link for help: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

Let us know if this helps!

Thanks
