Updates Option greyed out.

I have a new install of PSE 10 on a 64 bit, win7 laptop. All seems to working correctly with the exception of the Updates option under Help which is greyed out.

    We did have a minor outage regarding updates is the option still greyed out?

    Thanks Jeff, but Updates option is still greyed out. Any other thoughts?

    I don't as the updates are certainly back up and available again.  It could possibly be a configuration with your software firewall but I would really recommend posting your inquiry to the Photoshop Elements forum.  The Photoshop Elements forums are better able to answer product specific questions such as issues with an application update.
