Updates [Unable to download updates]

I pay my 12 euro each month.

Since several months, I can't upload An update anymore when I get message there's one available.

It worked well before; but now I pay for nothing.

But for Lightroom classic CC there is no update that I can upload. The only choice is "open"

Which version of Lightroom Classic do you have installed. In Lightroom, click Help > System Updates. What do the first 6 lines say?

Which operating system are you running?
