Updating apps

I can't update my apps at work, only at home. My IT dept. doesn't know why either. Help! I need to update! I can open the apps at work and use them, but not update. It just says update failed!

That seams clear to me. Your IT blocks some of adobe's internet addresses.

They need to open access for a bunch of host names:

Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

Refer them to the list above and ask the IT to check if one or the other is blocked.

If that does not help, you need to give more information on the OS and version you use.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

I have Windows 10 OS. I am using a computer Administrator with full read and write permission. Does it help know everybody else in my dept. is on a Mac? I am the only Windows 10.

Hm! The MacOS computers can do their updates at work?
