Updating apps in creative cloud

I was having a problem in updating my apps in Adobe CC, I kept clicking on "Update All" but nothing happens and it doesn't respond when I'm clicking

Are they updated now, or do you still need help? Which app, and what is happening? Can you show a screen shot?
