updating apps thru creative c;oud desktop

while updating my Apps thru creative cloud desk top, they all get to betweem 30 and 45 % and just stop, have recently updated windows 10 to ver 1909 

but this was doing this before.  stop all the downloads so ver 1909 could complete. Have checked task manager and dont see any other programs running.

have checked all virus software to make sure its not stopping it. any ideas?

 also how can i delet old ver of apps off the creative cloud desk top?

update finally after three days of various things all apps are updated! 

1st had to disable all virus protection and firewalls

2nd this allowed me to update one app at a time, then must reboot machine and turn back off all virus and firewalls again

3rd this got me to three of five apps . Rush Premier and Lightroom Cloud would not update no matter what I tried

 went into Creative cloud Uppdate and checked let Cloud update automaticly. and surprise surprise last two apps aupdate on thier own

4th my problem is I dont like to allow apps to update Automaticlly or want my firewall or Virus turned off.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
