Updating banking details for photography plan
Good morning, I have a bit complicated question.
I have recently bought a new PC and installed again the 1-year photography plan (Photoshop + Lightroom) on my new PC.
Now I have two plans installed both on my old and new PC. However on my old PC this plan has ended today
On my new PC every time I try opening one of the programs involved I first get a warning message asking that I update my payment details in my management account profile, otherwise my plan will be stopped on 26 of January 2019. However I cannot find where to update my banking details in my profile and dont know exactly what to do. Can you please guiding me through this?
The customer support center of Adobe is always busy with other calls!
