Hi

I’m unable to update my Photoshop and Lightroom etc. Every time I try ,it gets to about 5% and freezes and eventually times out. I’m using windows 10 and I have Norton antivirus, I have tried the update with these firewalls turned off. Also, it won’t save changes to jpegs when they have been converted to black and whites??

Please use Use the CC Cleaner Tool for installation issues . Update your CC and download all programs again.

Hi Ares

I have read the cleaner tool instructions and it seems that it uninstalls the CC, then at the end I’m to Install my application, what do I reinstall, do I not need a link to it or something?

Hi Jason

1.You need to reinstall all apps at first with CC Application Manager

2. Uninstall CC App Manager

3. Use CC Cleaner to delete all adobe files from your comp.

4. Install CC Application Manager again (or any product from Creative Cloud site, which prompt you to download CC Application Manager at first)

5. Sign up with you subscription Adobe ID

6. Install applications that you need

Before this,  you can also download CC Application Manager from Creative Cloud and reinstall it (without uninstalling the recent version) and see does it help. If not try the steps above.
