Updating Computer, can I keep Premiere Pro 2018?

I'm looking into updating my computer tonight for a black friday sale at Micro Center. The price is right but I'm wondering if I'll be able to keep my old version of Premiere Pro CC 2018. I have it installed on my device currently. But the update will require a motherboard change and therefore a loss of my Microsoft Home license since it's OEM. The device is Windows 10 so I'll have to reinstall windows in order for it to work and if I wanted to upgrade I'd have to wipe the C drive including my old version of Premiere Pro CC 2018.

My question is, is there any way for me to keep this version of Premiere Pro (so I can still access my old files as well as edit .mkv files) or will I just have to give up on this version of Premiere Pro CC in order to beef up my machine? IDK if this makes enough sense so let me know if you have any questions about it and I'll try to answer them. I'm still new to custom PCs and such.

BF sale is only for new subscribers, it will not let you purchase if you have an existing subscription

That's above board, right? Well that solves that problem, tbh. Thanks. Think I might go for the upgrade, then.

yes, prodesigntools.com links to adobe.com for downloads.  it's legit.

but note @John T Smith's comment: black friday sales are for new subscribers only.
