Updating country/region for initial registration

An Adobe employee bought me Creative Cloud as a gift. When he signed me up he put in the wrong country/region (Latin America - I'm in the US). How do I update the country so I can register?

But then won't my products all be in Spanish? I need to update the country associated with the product he registered me for (not my Adobe ID).
