Updating Creative Cloud (0%) - Desktop app stuck

So I noticed that my Creative Cloud desktop app was stuck updating yesterday. So I uninstalled it and then tried to re-install from a fresh download. It didn't work. So after 2 hours on the support chat I managed to get the app installed again. Checked again and it's stuck updating. Also I can't use any fonts, smart objects etc linked to my CC account and it's stopping me being able to do client work. Anyone else come across this and know what to do to solve it?
