Updating desktop (not CC) LR 6.3

I want to update my desktop LR6.3 to 6.4.  I can't find a way to do this without being forced to change to CC, which I do not want to do.  Any clues, please, on how to update desktop LR 6.3 to 6.4 without having to subscribe to CC?  Many thanks!

Thanks for the link, it has useful information.  Sadly, it does not seem to apply to my situation of wishing to upgrade to LR 6.4 from 6.3.  Under the heading, "How do I check for and install the most current updates?", I can see two options, "Creative Cloud" and "Lightroom 5 or earlier", but no mention of LR 6 (smile)!
