Hey there, i just got my Cloud Membership and with it i got 2 updates, one for dreamweaver the other one photoshop.

I downloaded my products in english but im from german since i'm my adobe application manager is in german and updates are listed in german.

If i try to update both i get the following error message

Update für Photoshop 13.1.2 für Creative Cloud

Installation fehlgeschlagen Fehlercode: U44M1P7

Dreamweaver CS6 Creative Cloud-Aktualisierung – Feb. 2013

Installation fehlgeschlagen Fehlercode: U44M1P7

Sorry, but i can only provide it in german, since my application manager is in german 😕😕

OS: MAC OS X (up-to-date)

RAM: 8GB

MacBook Pro Late '12

Ok found it and set it to english (international) also restarted my macbook but it seems like it hasnt effected yet. The application manager itself is still in german but the language is correctly set to english.

Updates are causing still the same errors

Sorry Bahmannp1 I thought you had used the Cleaner tool and resolved your update issues.

You can review Installation failed. Error U44M1P7 | Updates - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-u44m1p7-installing-updates-ccm.html for information on how to resolve the U44M1P7 error.  Most likely you will need to review the log files to determine the exact cause of your update failure.

If your update errors are self induced, such as running a system optimizer which removes files from the Adobe applications, then a complete removal and reinstall of the software per Mylenium's suggestion will resolve your difficulties.

You can switch the language in the application manager's prefs... That may well already fix the issue. If it doesn't, run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, let AAM reinstall and try again.

You can adjust the language in the preferences option within the Adobe Application Manager.  You can find the preferences in the top left corner of the Adobe Application Manager.
