updating issues

Hello, I have installed Premiere Pro CC on my mac laptop. It suggested an update recently but it keeps giving me an error code. It says: Please close the folioing applications to continue Adobe QT32 server and dynamiclinkmanger. I'm not sure where these are located. Also, is there a number to speak to a representative today?

Najyamawasi which operating system are you using?  You will want to use the task manager/activity monitor to quit the offending processes.
