Updating Mac OS to Mojave

Hello, I want to update my laptop to the new Mojave MacOS. Would this affect my accessibility to the adobe cloud programs?

I am starting my HSC major work this term so I do not want any problems with the programs

it may affect older adobe programs, but the newer (2019 versions) are compatible.

how can i check which programs are the newer ones? the ones i’d be mostly using is adobe after effects and indesign.
