Updating Photoshop CS4

My Photoshop CS4 functioned normally on Win10/64.

After a computer-crash I installed it again but the installment could not be completed.

Now I can open only old RAW-files, because all the updates were gone and the software can't be updated.

Who knows how to solve that? Many thanks in advance for your ideas!
