Updating programs

When I update programs, the previous version remains. Is it safe to uninstall the previous version? Greetings from Knud Erik Jørgensen

Hi

If you're happy that the programs are working fine for you, you can uninstall the previous versions.

Sometimes it's a good idea to keep a previous version installed in case you have issues with the newer version.
