I run Windows 10 OS I have updated Photoshop tp 2019 but Premiere pro and others won't update the problem being 'incompatible'  I have looked at the system info in both apps Photoshop is saying the OS is Windows 10 and Premiere pro and others are saying the OS is Windows 8 so basically Windows 10 has only been recognised in part of Adobe CC. Can anyone help

Correct answer Test Screen Name

The system requirements for each app are different. For Premiere Pro Adobe Premiere Pro CC System Requirements we see it needs Windows 10 version 1703 or later, so you meet that. Do you meet the other system requirements (for example, amount of RAM, video card, monitor display resolution? Apps differ in how much they actually check.

Also, what EXACTLY says "incompatible" and when?
