hallo,

When I want to upgrade the apps from Creative Cloud,

I get the trial version.

What is going wrong??

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that fails, Troubleshooting FAQ: What should I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial?

It doesn't work, the trial-versions are still there.
