Upgrade CS2 to CS5 - nothing works

Question

Several xears ago i bought Adobe CS2 full version and a few years ago i bought the Upgrade to CS5.

Now i need to reinstall it on my new computer. But nothing works. CS2 cant e activated on internet and not via phone. The Version from Adobe doesnt work with the Serial Numbers. Second Problem. Ich cant find any Download-File for the Upgrade-File CS5.

Can anybody help? Ich have all Serial Numbers from my bought and paid products but cant install them again.

CS2 + Acrobat 7 + Audition 3 (AND EARLIER) Activation Server is gone, so read below

You MUST use the special version and serial number on the page, not your original disc or serial number

However... since your original CS2 serial number is no longer of use, I don't know how you would install a CS5 upgrade version
