Upgrade CS4 to CS6

I have CS4 Web Premium.  While I was still eligible I purchased the upgrade to CS6 Web and Design Premium (it's a volume license).  Is it best to uninstall CS4 then install CS6, or is it best to intall CS6 overtop of CS4?

    cs6 doesn't install on top of cs4.

    if you want to uninstall cs4, you can uninstall it.  if you do that, you will be prompted for your cs4 serial number when installing your cs6 upgrade.

    if you want to use cs4, don't uninstall it.  if it's installed when you install cs6, you won't be prompted for the cs4 serial number.
