upgrade from cs5 to cs6 will not install

Hi, I purchased and downloaded the upgrade from CS5 to CS6 including the Akamai installer. but the upgrade will not install and I am unable to contact Adobe anywhere for a solution to my issue. I have uninstalled CS5 using Adobe CC Cleaner and it still won't install. Help!!!

what do you see when trying to install cs6?

if an error message, attach a screenshot if it's in english.

if no error message, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC

Hi Jeff and thanks for the reply. Here is a screen shot that appears when I execute the 'photoshop_13_ls16.exe' file

I also got this message when installing the Akamai Installer but I clicked on the 'continue' button and it seemed to continue installing.

'Akamai NetSession Client (Process Id: 2840)
