I have a license for PSE 8 only. Ist the Upgrade to the bundle PSE 12 & Premiere Elements 12 possible (in Germany)?

    I cannot answer for the geographical aspect but based on the product page (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-premiere-elements.html) for the bundle purchase, PSE8 is valid for being upgraded.
