Upgrade Lightroom cc 1TB to Photography cc 1TB

I migrated from "old" Lightroom to the Lightroom cc 1 TB plan. Unfortunately, although Lightroom cc may have great potential as it evolves, it is currently a cripple in comparison to the now named Lightroom Classic that was also installed on a 1 week trial. That trial is now expired.

Under My Account, I've tried to purchase the Photography CC 1 TB plan (Lightroom cc, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC and 1TB). When I try, it says it needs to cancel my current subscription (that's okay) to upgrade my subscription. When I click "Upgrade" it flips me to Plans & Products, without buying Lightroom Classic or purchasing the upgrade.

Any advice? I have a blog post that needs pictures this weekend.

Thanks  for your efforts to help.

After waiting for "system maintenance" for 33 hours on Sunday and Monday after chatting with Adobe, nothing changed. So on Tuesday, I phoned Adobe support and the agent changed something at the Adobe end, advising to wait 6 hours and my issue would be resolved. It didn't help.

So now, I still can't upgrade to Photo 1TB. And I previously cancelled LR CC 1TB as a possible solution to get to the upgrade. And it won't let me "re-purchase", because I've already got the product!

At the moment, I'd just like to get back to having LR CC 1TB back (as in not canceled)

Hopefully my images in the Creative Cloud don't get nuked by Adobe until this gets resolved. I do have everything backed-up on an external disk. But I'd just like to get back to editing and managing my pictures without this system overhang.

Hi,

I see you have an Adobe account with the same ID as with forums. The LR 1 TB subscription has been canceled, however, the contract was still active. I have expedited the same and the contract will be canceled. Kindly allow us a few hours.

Once the contract is over, you may purchase a new subscription.

Thanks

Kanika

hi,

see if you can cancel and then start your new plan at https://accounts.adobe.com using this info Manage your Creative Cloud membership

if not, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Well, I'm sort of in no-man's land now. I was able to cancel my existing Lightroom CC 1TB plan and then tried to subscribe to Photography CC 1TB. It then asked me to sign in to my account to verify who I am, and now neither plan is there. I did get an email confirming the cancelation, but no happy emails welcoming me back.
