Upgrade LR5 to 6 (Dutch)

I have Lightroom 5 and would like to download the upgrade to LR6  (Dutch) but I can't seem to find it. (Only English) What is the correct route to do so?

    Hi Arend,

    There is an option at the top to change the region.

    Click on change. Select the right region.

    It will show you the right option.

    I tried this but this just seems to be the English version of it.  (But maybe there's only an English version?)
