Upgrade my cs4 to cs 5.5

Hi and sorry if my english is not perfect. It's my first post here.

I would buy a used Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium upgrade version

I currently use a Adobe CS 4.

I would ask if I can buy it, or I will have problems to update it from cs4?
