upgrade premier pro 5.5 to 6 win

I upgraded to 6. 0 premier pro  from 5.5 and every timer i start is quits unexpectedly. I went and uninstalled all adobe productions and thied reinstall and still have

the same issue. Cleaned registry and user directories program files and program files(x86) and program data.

In process explorer:

then it dies with unexpected error.

Why is 64 bit premier pro loading a 32 bit QT32 server.exe@
