I have a Mac and I am trying to uppgrade my Adobe programs. I have a DVD with CSS6 and I am going to put in the serial number. The serial number consists of numbers and letters but I can not enter letters using the keyboard. I can just put in numbers. Is there anyone who can help me?

It seems that I need some more help. I feel a little stupid because if I had read the paper who followed the DVD my question above was answerd there. It also explains how to activate the program, but still I don´t understand how to do it. The paper with the DVD say I have to go to: www.adobe.com/go/activate. When I do that I get to a webpage where I find a link who explains how to do it. I follow the steps:

    1. Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet. This I have done.
    2. Start the application. This I have done.

But I can´t find Help > Activate??. Can someone help me?
    3. Choose Help > Activate. (If this option is dimmed, you've activated your software)
    4. Log in with your Adobe ID (usually your email address) to activate your software. If you don’t have an Adobe ID, you see an option to create one.
