I have a copy of both photoshop and premiere elements how can arrange and pay for an upgrade to the latest versions?

    Buying version 15 is 64bit only http://www.adobe.com/in/products/photoshop-premiere-elements.html

    The upgrade is just a price reduction, however, if you search around, you will be able to find a lower price from an authorized Adobe retailer or online reseller.

    The Adobe "upgrade" is just a marketing tool, as the program you purchase will be an independent program from your old version.
