Starting Photoshop:

Starting Illustrator:

Media Encoder:

When trying to uninstall:

But.... it's not even in the running processes:

If I hold the shift key... nothing changes.

I renamed the app data folders so it would create new ones... nothing changes.

I can't uninstall... I can't use the software I am paying for every month...  I'm not a really happy guy tonight.

    Hi,

Please try rebooting the machine and check before uninstalling.

In the Task manager window you are looking under details, please select processes and check acrobat.exe might be running there.

    Regards,

This morning I was able to uninstall everything, reboot, and do a fresh install.

However, Media Encoder is still crashing.  Photoshop however, now opens.  I am installing Illustrator and will be testing shortly as well.

Illustrator opened up fine, so Media Encoder is now the only problem that I can not fix.
