After asking for updates, why do I not get the latest update apps (2017) in my CC management program.

Thanks for your attention.

In the meantime, I solved the problem. I had to upgrade to macOS Sierria to be able to have access to the latest Adobe CC programs.

Kind regards,

Hilde

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not

This is not the issue. After asking for the newest updates, I do not get the 2017 versions in my list. The list shows as latest versions the 2015 ones which are installed on my MAC. I already quit and restart the CC management program but without result.

Hi Hildeg24227011,

As you have mentioned that you are not getting updates for CC 2017 in Creative Cloud, could you please share the dot version(CC2015.x.x) of the applications installed on your machine. I would also request you to share the version of Creative Cloud and please click on "Check For Updates" under the gear icon.

Awaiting your response, so that we may assist you appropriately.

Thanks.
