Upgrading CC, and mostly Illustrator

Question

After having upgraded my Mac to Mojave 10.14, Illustrator doesn't work correctly anymore.

Do you know a SIMPLE way to upgrade or adapt Illustrator in order to avoid to lose the works I was creating ? And in order to continue to use it ?

I pay for Creative Cloud since several years and this problem is very disappointing and very urgent.

Is there any human being anywhere to discuss with ? Or are we alone in a technical desert ?

You want us to give you a simple solution... but you havent told us what is wrong, so that’s hard. There are thousands of possible issues, sad to say. You might have one of them or a new one. Please tell us the exact version you have (don’t say “latest”) and exactly what the issue is for you.
