Upgrading from Intel to AMD

I'm curious if I should reinstall Adobe? I use PS, Premiere, AE, and Bridge

Other forums are saying that Windows 10 is pretty good about the switch-over, but I bought this whole new upgrade for Adobe to run better, so I'd like some hot-takes.

Also, my internet connection isn't primo; are the installers already on my hard drive in the case that I should reinstall?
