Upgrading from Single App to Creative Cloud All Apps

Hi there,

How can I upgrade my Single App (InDesign) yearly subscription (paid month-by-month) to a All Apps subscription?

I had been using InDesign for more than 1 year and just yesterday cancelled that plan.

Now I am trying to buy the whole Creative Suite package (All Apps) but it says I need to cancel my Single App subscription first and re-directs me to my Account - but that Single Apps is cancelled already! I can see the status 'Cancelled' and can't do anything else with it.

Why doesn't it let me buy All Apps then??
