upgrading from trial product

Hi, I need help, I have upgraded from the trial of Photoshop to the membership I have uninstalled and re-installed the application, re-booted the laptop but when I try and open the application, it keeps telling me that my trial has ended and I need to buy. I have already done this and have the emails to prove it so how can I not use the application now?
