Upgrading to CC and transferring old license keys?

I am currently use LR5/CS6 and am considering upgrading to CC for Photographers (currently evaluating the free trial). One big motivation for upgrading would be to transfer my licenses to my sister, who is just a beginner and currently using PSE only. If I upgrade 1) can I transfer my LR5 and CS6 licenses to her, and will she be able to download these versions?
