Uploads and version keys

I have a photoshop license key and disk for Photoshop 4.0 (Macintosh) and CDs / keys (and CDs) for subsequent updates of photoshop through to v 7. How so I reinstall my latest version to a replaced hard drive?  Is it possible to shift from Mac to Windows in this process?

Grateful for any feedback here-

    No.

    And it won't run on current Mac operating systems.
