Hi everyone,

I am experiencing quite a few issues with my adobe CC. I downloaded the trial versions of photoshop and illustrator into my windows computer. however, when I want to uninstall it, the following error shows up and I am unable to:

recently, I am not even able to access the adobe cc app as it requires updating but the same error pops out when I tried to update....

I have used the adobe cc cleaner tool to remove my adobe programs...however, when I checked it after using the tool, the programs are still registered on my computer....Please help!!! it has been getting rather frustrating and I'm currently at my wits ends.....

it's better to use the uninstaller, but if that's corrupted you may have no choice but to manually remove it.

reinstalling should restore the uninstaller so you might want to try that.

are the programs on your computer?

and why do you urgently need to remove them?

Hi, yes the programs are on my computer and I am looking to remove them as they take up quite a bit of space and I no longer need them. Would manually deleting all the adobe files work as well?
