URGENT: Trying to deactivate Photoshop CS5, getting error code 194:6 and deactivation failure. What does this error code mean how do I resolve this issue?

Trying to deactivate and uninstall Photoshop CS5 on my old MacBook Pro in order to be able to install it on my new laptop according to terms of license agreement. Keep getting error code 194:6. Positively sure nothing wrong with my internet connection.

Urgent due to leaving for another continent on Friday 6/11/2015 and I have to have my new laptop (with Photoshop installed) with me.

    Just in case, your license allows for two activated installations, so if you have no other than the one you are trying to deactivate you should not need to deactivate before installing and activating the new installation.
