URGENT: Trying to reinstall InDesign CS3 on Mac OSX 10.9.5

Why is reinstall of InDesign CS3 asking me for a Disk 2 which does not and never did exist? (I collaborate with people overseas who use it) because my Color Library was hopelessly corrupted. I have my original disk and serial number and  I also tried inslaller from Adobe support and BOTh are asking me for "disk 2" which does not exist. I am desperate. Please help!!!!
