Use of Liscence from another country

Hello, 

I have a small technical question and I tought someone might help (Im not sure if this is the right place but lets give it a shot).

My wife is currently working in Russia and Im working in Switzerland for now. We would like to take the creative cloud subscription (all apps) and its obviously way cheaper in Russia rather than Switzerland.

Is it possible for us to buy the subscription in Russia and then share it ?
