Use Photoshop Elements 12 on 2 different computers?

Have PS Elements12 on a laptop want to use it on a desktop. Installed on desktop but program will not recognize the password I use on the laptop. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to solve it?

    Do you mean password (as in admin password used on that computer)?

    Or serial number?

    Or something else?

    Sorry for the slow response John.

    I am using my password for my Adobe account but all I'm getting is the program in a continuous search that never completes connection to sign into the program.
