Useless system or am i just dumb

I have purchased the free trial multiple times but can still not use after effects choose that one specifically why is that? It just tells me to purchase it again and dosent work after that this app is alredy getting on my nerves pls help a girl out i only have 6 days left to try it before paying for it 😞

If you purchased, it's no longer a free trial. It's a paid subscription. 

 

Did you log-out of Creative Cloud and log-in again with your paid ID (email) & password?

Maybe your Creative Cloud Desktop app needs to be updated.

 

Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).
