Using a code to prolongue the subscription did not work

I redeemed a code for the prolonguation of my creative photo subscription. It took the code but did not give me the licence. When I enter the code again it says: " code has already been used". What can I do?

I will now try to use a second code I still have, however I want the subscription time for code 1 as well...

Ah, okay. It seems it only took some time to go through the systems. The codes are redeemed. problem solved.

So if anyone else encounters the problem. Be more patient than I was.

Great., It took the second code as well and said: "subscription sucessfully activated"- however I cannot acces the applications...
